TB Skin Test-

The Mantoux tuberculin skin test (TST) is the standard method of determining whether a person is infected with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. This test is usually preformed as part of an initial job hire or for some college programs. A Tb Skin test requires 2 visits. You must be available to return 48-72 hours (2-3 days) after test placement to have results read.

TB Skin tests are available at the health department by appointment only. Please keep in mind that we can NOT place skin tests on Thursdays.
