Temporary Class B Beer and/or Wine License

Applicants planing an outdoor event should first contact the Community Development Director at (414) 329-5342 to determine if an Outdoor Special Event Permit is required.
 
This license may be granted and issued only to:
  1. Bona fide clubs
  2. State, county, or local fair associations or agricultural societies.
  3. Church, lodge, or society that has been in existence for at least 6 months prior to the date of application.
  4. Posts of veterans organizations.
  5. Chambers of Commerce or similar civic or trade organizations organized under ch. 181, Wis Stats.
Not more than 2 wine licenses may be issued to a qualifying applicant during a 12-month period.

There must be at least one individual who holds a Greenfield Operator’s License on the premises at the event per Wis. Statute. Temporary Licenses are available:

$10 PER DAY OF EVENT
$8 PERSONAL HISTORY SEARCH FEE
     (PER NAME, PLUS ADDITIONAL $8 PER NAME FOR MAIDEN/PREVIOUS NAMES)
