  • Run or walk on your treadmill, around your neighborhood, in a park, on a track or cross country trail.
  • Form a team and invite your friends from anywhere in the world to join your team.
  • Register by August 5th to be guaranteed a t shirt (if you live within the continental US).
  • We will be providing you with a template for a placard you can print out to identify the individual (or team) you are running or walking for.
  • We will be providing you with a pamphlet on addiction that you can print out and share with those you encounter during your run/walk.
