Captain Ray Radakovich started his career with the Greenfield Police Department in 1994. He has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT Team member / Team Leader / Team Commander, Patrol Sergeant and Detective Sergeant. He currently is the Community Service Officer coordinator, responsible for selection, hiring and overseeing the CSO program. He is also the agencies records custodian, pursuit review coordinator and currently serves as the Department’s Critical Incident Commander, coordinating tactical response and critical incident command.
Captain Radakovich holds an Associate’s Degree in Police Science from Waukesha Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree Business Management and Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He is a graduate of the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University, the International Association of Chiefs of Police - Leadership in Police Organizations program and has earned the designation of Certified Public Manager through the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
