BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Designed for children ages 4-10:
Celebrate your little one’s special day in an unforgettable way! Let Greenfield Parks & Recreation throw your child a birthday to remember. Each 2-hour “no mess, no stress” party allows families to simply show up and celebrate without worrying about the party planning logistics or a messy house later!

Choose from one of three themes (more information under Quick Links below):

• Art Studio: This party is sure to bring out each child’s inner artist. Each participant will receive their own artist smock to decorate, followed by an art project pre-selected by the family.
• Fun with Food: Families will choose one sweet treat for the group to make and taste! Prior to breaking out the snacks, each little chef will decorate their own chef hat and apron.
• Science Wizard: Unlock their curious minds with a mysterious, magical, and always explainable science experiment. Each scientist will receive their own science goggles to decorate prior to starting the experiment.

Included in Party Package for a fee of $250 (Resident) / $375 (Non-Resident):

• The guest of honor (aged 4-10) and up to 9 friends. Guests above the first 10 can be included for an additional $20/child. A maximum of 16 guests can be accommodated.
• Themed invites/envelopes plus themed thank you cards/envelopes
• Decorations
• Activities lead by a Birthday Party Host
• Cake or cupcakes
• Take home goody bag for each guest

The Host will lead guests through themed games, activities, or crafts for the first 60 minutes of the party. The remaining time is for your celebration!

A minimum of 2 adults (18+) must remain in the room for the entire party. 

Complete the application using the link under "Quick Links" and include 2 date/time options. It must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to requested party date.

Parties are scheduled dependent on Birthday Party Host availability. A Parks & Recreation staff member will be in contact within 4 business days to confirm if a host is available on your requested day/time. Families will not be charged until the party date/time is confirmed.

• Sunday (1:00-8:00 PM): Greenfield City Hall, Besson Room (7325 W. Forest Home Ave.)
• Tuesday (10:00 AM-7:00 PM): Kulwicki Park, Brooks Pavilion (10777 W Cold Spring Rd.)
• Wednesday (10:00 AM-7:00 PM): Kulwicki Park, Brooks Pavilion (10777 W Cold Spring Rd.)

Special Refund Note: 
Due to the purchasing of supplies for all of our Birthday Party Packages, our cancellation refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 21+ business days prior to party = 100% refund
• Cancellation 6-20 business days prior to party = 50% refund
• Cancellation 5 or fewer business days prior to party = No refund
