2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

We are still accepting applications for the Kids Connection program for the 2023-2024 school year, however, most sites are at capacity and you may be put on a waiting list. We will reassess the numbers after the first week of classes and try to get as many students as we can off the wait lists.

Please complete both the registration form and schedule for each child. Even if you have been in the program before, you must complete a new form each year. Your registration is not considered complete unless both forms are filled outIf your child requires medication, please also complete the separate medication form.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Enrollment numbers at each school are dependent on staffing and space at the facility.


Payments will be made in advance. The first payment will be due by August 18th. Registrations received after August 18th will have the payment processed upon receipt.

  • Cash or Check Payment: Due at the Parks & Recreation office by 5:00 PM on the 20th of each month to pay for the following month. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payment is due the business day prior to the 20th. If we do not receive payment, a late fee of $15.00 per family will be charged. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
  • Auto-Pay: Credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Your credit card will automatically be charged the 20th of each month to pay for the following month. If the 20th falls on a weekend, your card will be charged the business day prior to the 20th.


Register by downloading the form and returning to the Parks & Recreation office or complete the online form. 


Does your child need medication while at our program? If so, please fill out the proper form and hand in along with your registration form. Emergency medication such as Epi-pens, will need the prescription medication form completed. Any questions, please contact us.
