Due to the new COVID-19 virus pandemic, Judge Roger C. Pyzyk has changed the procedure for court appearances to provide a safe environment for defendants and staff.
Option #1: If you do not wish to attend court then you must pay your citation by the court date listed. For information regarding payments.
Option #2: If you wish to see the city prosecutor or judge, you must call the municipal court office during regular business hours prior to your court date, listed on the citation, to obtain a specified date and time to appear.
If you are scheduled for the May 20th, 2020 or the May 27th, 2020 court session please contact the municipal court during regular business hours to schedule a telephonic court conference.
No walk-ins will be allowed and a face mask is required.
For the safety of the public, court staff, and other city employees, if you need to make a payment during this time please consider paying online, by phone, or you may also mail in your payment. A 24 hour drop box is also available in the vestibule of the Greenfield Police Department.
