3. Does the Health Department have a needle/sharps disposal program?: Yes, Greenfield Residents can dispose of used or unwanted sharps in an approved red "sharps" container. 5. Can I have my blood pressure checked at the Health Department?: Yes. Blood pressure assessment, health counseling and health education are available by appointment. Clinics are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday afternoons of each month from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. For more information please look at the blood pressure page. Blood Pressure

6. Does the Health Department offer pregnancy testing?: No, the Health Department does not offer pregnancy testing. Public Health Nurses can provide information about where pregnancy testing is available in the area. For more information, call the Health Department at 414-329-5275.

7. Who do I call to obtain a copy of a birth or death certificate?: Birth or death certificates can be obtained at the West Allis Health Department. Visit this website to learn more or call 414-302-8600.

8. Does the Health Department have a laboratory to test blood or environmental samples?: No, the Health Department does not have a laboratory.

9. Does the Health Department have a WIC (Women/Infant/Child Nutrition) Program?: Yes, WIC services are available at the Health Department through a partnership with the Cudahy Health Department. WIC program staff are at the Greenfield Health Department on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays from 8:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. and the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. of each month Call the WIC Program at 414-769-2229 for more information. 10. Does the Health Department offer TB (tuberculosis) skin tests?: Yes, TB Skin tests are available at the health department by appointment only. Please keep in mind that we can NOT place skin tests on Thursdays. A Tb Skin test requires 2 visits. You must be available to return 48-72 hours (2-3 days) after test placement to have results read.

11. Does the Health Department have information on stopping smoking?: For information on how to quit contact the Wisconsin Tobacco Quit Line. The hours are 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily. Go to WiQuitline.org or call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669). WiQuitLine

12. Does the Health Department take care of problems with wildlife, such as squirrels, raccoons, or bats?: No. Call the Good Neighbor Humane Wildlife Solutions at 414-431-6202 for assistance.

13. How many dogs and/or cats can I own if I live in Greenfield?: Residents living in a single family home may own 4 dogs and/or cats and are required to have an Animal Fancier Permit. Call 414-329-5275 with additional questions regarding Animal Fancier Permits.

14. What if my dog or cat bites someone?: The Greenfield Police Department and hospital emergency rooms report animal bites to the Health Department for investigation. Health Department staff will investigate the reported animal bite to assure proper follow-up. Animals are quarantined by order to assure they are not infected with rabies. 15. Does the Health Department address problems with mold?: The Greenfield Health Department can provide information and assistance regarding mold and mold prevention. Laboratory services for identification of mold species are not available through the health department. EPA
