The City of Greenfield is pleased to make available the Greenfield Community Rooms for legitimate community use. All applicants may be subject to final approval of the City of Greenfield. Private parties (weddings, socials, etc.) and commercial (for profit) businesses are not eligible to reserve the facility.
There are four (4) rooms available to reserve:
- Room 100 (Council Chambers)/Capacity=150
- Room 201/Capacity=8
- Room 204/Capacity=40
- Besson Community Room/Capacity=100
To reserve a room, please call (414) 329-5370 to check availability. Then complete the Application and Agreement form in one of two ways.
- Download and return to the Greenfield Parks and Recreation office, email it to parks.rec@greenfieldwi.us, or fax to (414) 543-2369.
- Complete the online application. Click the "Finalize and Submit" button to complete the submission.
