Greenfield Community Center Rentals

The Greenfield Community Center is available for rent Saturday and Sunday. Applications must be completed no less than 2 weeks (10 business days) in advance of requested date.

The availability calendar will be updated at least once a week. Please contact our office with the most up to date information.

Tours: please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to set up an appointment to tour the facility. (414) 329-5370. Tours are typically available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. 

Please note: Community Center can only be rented 1 year in advance. 

Pricing is as follows (New prices effective 12/20/22):

Jansen Fest Hall (4 hour minimum)
Large Groups - 225 Capacity

Greenfield Resident
$100 per hour with kitchen
$1,000 Daily Rate (12 hours) (includes Room A, Oakley Fisher Room, and kitchen)
Plus $500 Damage Deposit
Additional Fee: $100 fee for a DJ

Non-Resident
$120 per hour with kitchen
$1,200 Daily Rate (12 hours) (Includes Room A, Oakley Fisher Room, and kitchen)
Plus $500 Damage Deposit
Additional Fee: $100 fee for a DJ

Activity Rooms (3 hour minimum)

Greenfield Resident
$55 per hour A & Oakley Fisher with kitchen (70 capacity)
$45 per hour A with kitchen (40 capacity)
$30 per hour Oakley Fisher (30 capacity) (no kitchen)
Plus $200 Damage Deposit

Non-Resident 
$65 per hour A & Oakley Fisher with kitchen (70 capacity)
$50 per hour A with kitchen (40 capacity)
$40 per hour Oakley Fisher (no kitchen) (30 capacity)
Plus $200 Damage Deposit
