Licenses designated by an asterisk (*) indicate a background check is conducted on the licensed applicant, as well as individuals listed on the Supplemental List/Individual Questionnaire, if required. Background check fees are listed herein, and should be included in addition to the license fee(s) as designated. 

Amusement Device Distributor – $150
Amusement Device Tags – $40/each
Background Check Fee - $10 per person listed on application and/or Supplemental List/Individual Questionnaire

"Class A" Liquor* - $500
"Class A" Liquor (Cider Only)* - No License Fee
"Class C" Wine* - $100
Combination "Class A" Liquor License* - $600

Direct Seller* - $75
Dry Cleaning & Washing Machine - $25/machine

Handbill Distribution*- $25/1 week to 1 yr.; or $10/day
