Fees & Payments

There is no initial registration fee for Kids Connection. You pay for what days/times you need based on your schedule. All fees are priced per week. Fees are due prior to attending the program. These fees are for the 2023-2024 school year.

Kids Connection program is per week per child in the following pattern:

Early Release Fees
Early Release Afternoon Fee is $15.90 per day per child. If you attend before and after care on an early release day, it is included in the fee.

Schools Out Day Fees
Schools Out Day Fees are $35 for a regular day and $45 for a field trip day. Field trip days for 2023-2024 are TBD.

Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts are automatically applied when registering 2 or more children that attend 3 or more days per week with the same schedule. Sibling discount is 10% for the second and third child.

Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify. View the Financial Assistance form and how to submit. We do not accept Wisconsin shares or other forms of assistance. NOTE: You must reapply for Financial Assistance each school year.

Payments will be made in advance. The first month of this program must be paid when your schedule is turned in. 

  • Cash or Check Payment: Due at the Parks & Recreation office by 5:00 PM on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend payment is due the business day prior to the 20th. If we do not receive payment, a late fee of $15.00 per family will be charged. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 service fee. 
  • Auto-Pay: Credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month.
