The City of Greenfield issues invoices to individuals or companies for fees incurred or for extra city services provided to an individual or property.
You may pay an invoice in person at City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue in room 103, using the drop box outside the south doors at City Hall, by mail to PO Box 20739, Greenfield, WI 53220-0739, or online. Online payments require an invoice number including all 0’s to be processed.
Payments by cash are only accepted in person. Paper checks may be mailed, placed in the drop box, or brought into our office. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted online or in person with convenience fees added for using these services. Payments by cards are assessed 2.5% (minimum of $2.00). Electronic check payments can be made online only and are charged a processing fee of $1.50 for payments up to $10,000.
