ENROLLMENT FOR WINTER/SPRING 2026:
Registration for Winter/Spring 2026 opens on December 3rd for Residents and December 19th for Non-Residents. You can easily register using one of the 6 methods below.

Six E-Z Ways to Register
Online through Webtrac
This is real-time registration and you will know immediately if you are in the class. There are two ways to register on Webtrac. Login* from your computer or mobile device or download the FREE App on your mobile device and login to your Webtrac account*. Payment method accepted is credit/debit card only. Your online transaction will serve as your confirmation. Please print a receipt for your records.
(*)Please note that before you can login to Webtrac you’ll need to create a household account if you don’t already have one. Upon approval you will receive (via email) a user name and password from our department. Allow 2 to 3 business days for approval at which time you may proceed with program registrations. Make sure to add all family members when you are setting up your account.

Online Form
You must complete and submit this form no later than 2 days prior to the first day of the program. Payment method accepted is credit/debit card only. You will receive an email confirmation that your form has been submitted. This does not guarantee your enrollment. Parks & Rec. staff will process your online form during regular business hours. If a class is full you will be put on the waiting list at no charge. Once processed you will receive a separate email with your receipt. Double check this to see if you are enrolled or on the waitlist.

Mail-In
Don’t delay mail today! Mail your completed registration form along with payment to Greenfield Parks & Recreation at 7325 Forest Home, Room 200 Greenfield, WI 53220. Payment methods accepted are check or credit/debit card. Your confirmation will be emailed.

24/7 Drop Box
At your convenience, drop off your completed registration form and payment in a sealed envelope marked Parks & Recreation. The Drop Box is located at the Greenfield City Hall south entrance doors. Payment methods accepted are check or credit/debit card (no cash). Your confirmation will be emailed.

In Person
Register in person at the Parks and Recreation office in Room 200 of City Hall Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payment methods accepted are cash, check, or credit/debit card. No registration form needed for walk-in registrations.
Fax
Complete a registration form and fax to 414-543-2369. Payment method accepted is credit/debit card only. Your confirmation will be emailed.
