Arbor Day celebrates the planting and care of trees and highlights the many benefits they provide, from cleaner air and cooler neighborhoods to healthier, more vibrant communities.
Greenfield has proudly been recognized as a Tree City USA since 1994. This designation, awarded by the Arbor Day Foundation, honors communities that demonstrate a strong commitment to caring for and growing their urban forest. Greenfield also holds the longest-running Tree City USA Growth Award in Wisconsin, reflecting decades of exceptional tree stewardship and community engagement.
